Guy Sorman (born March 10, 1944, Paris, France) is a French professor, columnist, author and public intellectual in economics and philosophy. He has written twenty books that promote the ideals of creativity and modern capitalism. Sorman was a founder of a leading French NGO, Action against Hunger, in 1979 and was President of ACF until 1990, when he became its Honorary President. He is the global advisor of the South Korean President and he has held many government positions in France.
