Geoffrey founded Choson Exchange (www.chosonexchange.org), which has trained close to 3000 North Koreans in entrepreneurship, business and economic policy over a decade. Choson Exchange also launched a Kangwon Development Initiative, focusing on capacity building targeted at the East Coast of the DPRK. Geoffrey and his team’s work exposed a generation of Koreans to international best practices. His work was written up as a Harvard Business School case study which he teaches to Harvard MBA students. Geoffrey is a member of the World Economic Forum’s Global Future Council for the Korean Peninsula. Geoffrey also works in the financial inclusion and technology space with blockchain and AI. During his work at Choson Exchange, Geoffrey had two near death experiences. Geoffrey graduated from Yale University and the Wharton School and was an exchange student at Tsinghua University.
