Nicole starts every workshop with those three words as they are they are the tenets that guide her and for that she wishes to be known for in all aspects  of her life.

She is a seasoned event and marketing pro and was most recently the executive vice president at BizBash Media where she oversaw the events, marketing, and sales teams and helped position the company for acquisition. With more than 22 years in the events and media industries, she has had extensive experience developing and executing successful programs for new event launches and entrenched industry trade shows, inclusive of customer acquisition, event experience, and brand loyalty. She is known for her passion and ability to break down concepts and reconstruct ideas to fashion results and she is also an advisor to event technology start-ups.

She is a Robert Krakoff Leadership Institute graduate and was named to the Folio 100 in 2018. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts for both English and Communication from the State University of New York at Buffalo and reside in New York City with her son.
