Kim is the smart city Senior Advisor to Copenhagen Solutions Lab. Previously, he has been responsible for urban planning in Copenhagen Indre By (city centre) and has also worked with digitisation and organisation development in Copenhagen. He has also previously worked as a city researcher and worked in the Ministry of Environment. Kim has been educated in geography and urban development in Denmark, and Urban Management in the Netherlands. Kim is responsible for the theme Data-Driven Operation and Supervision, and is co-founder and coordinator of the "Nordic Smart City Network", the Nordic Smart city collaboration between major Scandinavian cities. He is also Copenhagen’s representative in the Danish Smart City Network, Citypack.
