With more than 20 years of global expertise, Ping He serves as global general manager for Maritz Global Events’ Asia Pacific region. In her role, she is responsible for providing cultural insights to enhance client solutions, identifying new business opportunities within the region, and enriching the company’s market presence, team leadership and knowledge base in the industry. Prior to this role, she contributed to several global initiatives during her time at Experient ? A Maritz Global Events Company. She is credited as the architect of Experient’s global service strategy. Through her exceptional leadership, Ping led the establishment of Experient’s Global Sourcing Division which sourced on an average 400 meetings in 120 cities and 50 countries annually with bookings ranging from 50 to 25,000 attendees. Ping has been a global visionary for both the company and the industry. She currently serves as a member of PCMA’s Global Advisory Group and recently shared her global expertise with Singapore, Tokyo and Melbourne CVBs to revitalize their tourism efforts. In 2012, she was honored by IMEX and PCMA as the first-ever Global Meetings Executive of the Year, and was recently recognized by Meetings & Conventions magazine as one of the Top 25 Women in the Meetings Industry.
